At the Kirkland Ranch Winery, you'll find a down-to-earth, unpretentious lifestyle, built from generations of a strong family who traditionally work the land and cattle. The Kirklands turned a portion of their interest to vineyards in 1985 with a 3-acre test plot. As quality and quantity of production continued, the Kirkland family became a grape-growing resource for some of the larger, world-renown wineries in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys.
With over 142 acres now planted, the Kirkland Ranch winery produced its first estate wine onsite in 1998 and opened the public portions of the rustic lodge property in October 1999. The five generations of Kirkland family members currently involved with the day to day operation of the winery look forward to sharing their legacy with you. The vineyard manager, Chris Kirkland Davison shares a passion for the outdoors with her father and owner of Kirkland Ranch, Larry Kirkland.
