The Hampton Roads Shakespeare Festival has been provided delightful, family-friendly outdoor summer theater for over ten years. Set in the beautiful Seatack Neighborhood Park, and with free admission (though donations are gratefully accepted), this is a wonderful chance to experience great entertainment on a warm evening.

Bring picnics, blankets, or lawn chairs, and enjoy this unique summer event. Theatergoers continue to enjoy the quality of the Shakespeare performances, and families continue to find our Festival the perfect way to introduce their children to the classics in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Runs every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, usually during the month of July. Check our website for exact dates, directions, and which show is being performed.

From Interstate 264 Eastbound towards the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, simply exit at the Birdneck Road exit close to the oceanfront, just before the Virginia Beach Convention Center. At the foot of the exit ramp, take a right onto Birdneck Road. Take your next right onto Americus Ave and IMMEDIATELY right into the parking lot of the Law Enforcement Training Academy. Head straight back through the lot and down the access road, past the baseball field to the neighborhood park.
