At James River Outfitters we offer tent and RV camping, canoeing, rafting, and kayaking. We have clean modern restrooms w/showers. There is a play area for children as well as a place to swim. We are located on the banks of the James River in Galena, world famous for float trips and Small Mouth Bass fishing. Pets welcome.

From I-44 Hwy go south on 265 at Mt. Vernon, Mo. until you reach Galena, Mo. Approximately 35 miles. In Galena turn right on Hwy 248. Turn left on Y-Bridge Blvd. Then take your first left into James River Outfitters.
